Wellness Facts
Health & Wellness Services at Holy Names University has developed a number of educational handouts on a variety of health and wellness issues that many university students have questions about. Many of these fact sheets will be expanded upon with our Hawk Health Weekly series, as well as through campus events and programs. We are in the process of developing these Wellness Facts handouts in multiple (html, pdf and paper) formats, so keep checking back for the newest information.
